FREE Kids Yoga Class

This kids’ yoga class will provide a holistic & engaging experience for children by incorporating yoga, nature exploration in the garden, mindful movement, relaxation techniques, arts and crafts, games, meditation, sound healing, music, and more.

Unlike any kids’ yoga class, you’ve ever experienced.

Amanda Mintz leads this class as a play based, nature schooling, intro to yoga and mindfulness for kids ages 4 – 12yo.

The ATHA yoga shala property is a 4-acre oasis, tucked behind the Swinton historic district. The land features a butterfly garden, fishpond, tree swing, stage for performing the arts, forest, tree house and makeshift obstacle course.

An airconditioned room known as OJAS, is where the yoga, acroyoga, partner poses, and meditation will take place. The room has a variety of unique healing instruments such as gongs, drums, and singing bowls for the kids to try.

This class runs at the same time as a popular adult’s hot yoga class, so the whole family can benefit from the fundamental concepts and benefits of yoga.

ATHA has kids yoga classes, mommy and me classes, and teen yoga classes 6 days a week, every week, and in July we will be launching a kids summer camp.
